I was speaking to a group of real estate investors recently and I asked these this question?

Do you know how to ride a bike?

Do you know how to swim?

Do you know how to play ball?

They all said: “Yes”.

Then I asked them to remember how they learned. And you know what?

Everyone learned by someone showing them how; and then by doing it.

No one learned by sitting on the side watching.

You can read about balance for years, but you won’t understand it until you get on the bike.

You could watch swimmers in the pool for decades, but you won’t learn how to stay afloat until you’re in the water.

You could be an avid football fan, but you won’t throw a perfect spiral until you grab a ball.

My point is this: you can watch from the sidelines for years, but until you actually do it, nothing will happen.

The #1 killer of businesses and dreams is INACTION.

You need to learn what to do from someone that has done it; and then you need to go out and do it.

Will you make some mistakes? Will you fall short?

Of course. That’s all part of the learning process.

But then you’ll do it again better…and again better…and again better.

Suddenly new opportunities will present themselves and you will be ready to profit from them.

Don’t let fear hold you back from attaining all that you want.

Learn from someone who has done it; and then go do it!

I promise you’ll thank me.

Expect abundance,
