The Real Estate Online Workshop really was fantastic! I purchased the course and started doing what it said, then attended the workshop to really clarify my thoughts. You will get every thing you need to get started wholesaling and using the internet to make money. Josh and Lou make sure you get all the answers. All you have to do is take action on all of the great information they shared.

Gilbert,

Why do you feel bitter? You went to a program and received - by your own declaration - excellent training. After the event, you apparently were not able to transition your knowledge into fruitful action. That is no different than the college graduate who is unable to get a job after graduation. The information is good, but does the student implement and get over the obstacles.

I know that feeling. I went through it as well. In fact, read the post "How Do I Get Started?" and it may give you some additional insight.

Josh and I work very hard to provide logical step-by-step information presented in a clear concise format. I think anyone who has attended one of our workshops - even 3-6 months later would say it was excellent.

I challenge you to look at the entire situation to see where the problem truly lies and develop a solution. I doubt that you attended someone's workshop, thought it was great information, then later discovered that it was all rubbish. You may need some more support. You may need some personal mentoring to overcome your roadblocks. Don't give up and simply become bitter about the education you received. Instead, lay out a new plan and focus on implementation and success. If you tried the techniques and they did not work, look for creative modifications to make it work. There is always a solution to the problem.

Good luck!

Dear Lou & Josh,
You have a great collection of positive opinions and I suspect they were all recorded shortly after your 3 day seminar course. I've been to a couple of these courses with EWI and remember leaving with the same feelings of sure success lying in the futur.
What would these same people say after 3-6 mths? In my case, I've struck out and feel bitter, but not entirely beaten
