I cannot begin to describe to you just how amazing real estate investing is as a way to earn money and to become financially independent.
I have been full time for over 20 years, and I would not trade the experience.
But like anything worthwhile, it is not all a bed of roses.
You will face obstacles and challenges – especially in the beginning. Anyone that knows my story knows that we didn’t do a single deal our first 2 years because we were following all the wrong information.
But we persisted and created a fantastic life for ourselves.
My point is – everyone is going to face challenges and obstacles – both in the beginning and as you progress in the business. But the rewards are so bountiful that it is well worth the effort.
You may be facing time constraints; or money constraints. You may become frustrated finding deals. The people you work with may not do what they say they’ll do when they say they’ll do it.
Regardless, you need to fight through and overcome the obstacles.
There is always an answer – a solution. It may require some time. It may, and probably will, require you to push yourself to operate outside your comfort zone.
It’s worth it.
Whatever the challenge, don’t dwell on it. Overcome it!
Think outside the box; do what you’ve never done before; push yourself to grow beyond your limitations.
You’ll discover a business that rewards you with so much – not just money (and lots of it), but also with time, and pride, and confidence.
Don’t sell yourself short by quitting on your dreams. I know that sometimes this feels like it is all make-believe and that you’ll never build your investing business.
I’m here to tell you that you can do it if you are willing to push yourself.
No, it’s not easy at first. Everything is new and uncomfortable. But as you push forward it gets easier and easier, and then the money starts flowing; and your time frees up and you’ll wonder why you ever made this so hard.
If you want a completely different life – filled with freedom – then overcome the obstacles and grab your success!
