Willie,

I received your post on our Investor Riches site (see below) and I appreciate you taking the time to write and ask your questions. What makes us diferent from the others IS how we treat people. You’ll hear from actual students who attended our event and what they thought. Go to my Linked In page and check out the recommendations that I have received from clients.

We specialize in wholesaling and internet marketing. We are a family business and have been investing in real estate since the mid-1990s. I have done many gut-level rehabs as well as hundreds of wholesale deals, rentals, lease-options, etc. We have been integrated with the internet for over 7 years.

We have a variety of programs to fit each customer’s budget and learning preference. We have programs that start as low as $49. We also have high end personal one-on-one mentoring programs; and everything in-between. We personally answer all our emails. Josh and I personally teach all of our courses. And we personally mentor our clients that enroll in the mentoring program. Is our level of on-going support the same for a $49 program as our mentoring program? Of course not. We just wouldn’t have the time. But we do
