Josh – Great Content. I love using video to sell all my properties. I use a flip camera it is really easy. The lighting tip is really good. Can you give me an idea of what kinds of lights you use?

Using video to market property is really taking off. It can be cheap, but incredibly effective. While viewing a video before purchasing property will never be as good as a personal inspection, it does make ’sight unseen’ purchasing more viable for a buyer too.
