What a great tip Josh! This really hits home for the power of using social marketing to grow your business. That’s a heck of a list you’ve built with little effort. Thanks too for your continued tips and information – don’t stop – they’re really helpful!

The truh of the matter is that most people dont realize that Twitter is a great way to drive traffic for almost any niche (including real estate)

Great tip for real estate investors or even for local businesses. We drive more leads from Twitter than most people do with Pay Per Click programs which cost a lot of money. Twitter is free and easy. I also made a video of what is most important at http://twittervideovault.com

Josh…This is all so relevant to our business. The opportunity just abounds with possibilities.
A guy with no experience can blossom into a virtual flower garden of success. I, personally, will need some direction and nurturing which you and Lou have always been there ready to assist.
Thanks bunches! Dean

Thanks for the pointer to the tool. I usually use Tweet Adder to find people local to my area (or state), but it’s good to know of a free tool that will do the same thing.
