It's so easy to lose focus because of setbacks - especially in this day and time. It's even easier to focus on the negative things. We always have a choice. Choose what is most resourceful to you. It's not what's real that's important but what we perceive to be real that will guide our thoughts and our actions. Thus choose your thoughts carefully!
